The co-founder of Chandaranegara & Prasetya commenced legal practice in 2011.
He finished his bachelor's degree from Muhammadiyah Jakarta Law School in 2011 and his Master of Laws in the same college in 2016.
As a member of the Indonesian Bar Congress (KAI), he is well known as a highly experienced lawyer in Criminal and Civil litigation and a mediator.
Not only is he a veteran in litigation, but he also has incredible skill in legal opinion and affidavit concerning criminal law, company law,
family law, banking and finance, M&A, corporate/debt restructuring, project finance and capital market arenas.
Prasetya has much experience handling cases, among others, Fraud, embezzlement, defamation, forgery and Corruption, Money Laundry, Taxation,
Illegal fishing, illegal mining, illegal logging, Health Malpractice, Cyber Crime, etc.
He was often invited to give speeches and lectures as a visiting lecturer in many Law Schools on Criminal Procedure, Specific Crimes in Penal Code,
Money laundering, Corruption, Illegal Logging, and Taxation. He has some publications in some legal fields, among others: Money Laundry, Taxation,
Corruption and Specific crimes in the Penal Code.
